A few weeks ago Suz from Sewpony put a picture of her oldest daughter online,
wearing this georgeous dress... and I immediately sent her a message:
Hi Suz, if you're looking for testers: pick me me me !!!

And she did!
I was soooo eager to make this beautiful dress...
and even more to show the result to all of you!
So here it is: on the Kick-off day of the Dear Prudence Blog Tour!

The pattern is fun to make, with such nice details like the supercute collar with buttons.
The shirring in front makes it ideal for toddlers learning to dress themselves,
or for moms to ease the morning rush,
because there are no buttons or zipper on this one!
The dress I made is meant for Fall, (or maybe for the 1st of September) with 3/4 sleeves,
but there's also a version without sleeves or cap sleeves. Equally gorgeous, all three of them!
To make the piping stand out a little bit more, I put an extra layer of fabric around
the standard one you can buy in the shops,
but regular piping works just fine of course...
Also eager to get started? You can buy the pattern here,
and throughout the tour (6-17 July) you can use the discount code: PRUDENCE15 to get 15% off.
I noticed that none of my pictures show the back of the dress...
so go and take a look at the other bloggers participating in the blog tour!
I'm sure they made their girls swirl!
